    At the Riverside Wellbeing, Whaley Bridge on Monday at 7am and Friday at 6:30am, these are dynamic classes where we let go of our to do list and take time out to check in and connect with our bodies.

    They are a great way to start the day and timed perfectly to fit aorund work / commuting and the school run.

    During the session there will be periods of stillness as well as energising movement to get our energy flowing and our mind focussed for the date ahead.

    Also known as Yogic sleep, this is a simplified ancient relaxation technique which soothes the nervous system and allows the body to relax and release tension.

    It is great for improving memory, concentration and sleep as well as a great way of alleviating stress.

    In these extended sessions, we enjoy taking some gentle movement and stretches in the body to ease away any tension that has built up over the week, before settling in to a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation.

    This is a great way to decompress and head beautifully and gently into the weekend.
